The Library is very excellent. There’s a lot of books and media. But if you find the place that quiet and peaceful for reading, you should better go to another place. Because Kids run and scream so loud and some people are talkative too.

Our favorite place in Hanau with my children. The children's area is so beautifully done and makes you stay there longer than you think. Everything would be thought of. Next to the children's area you can use the children's toilet with a changing table. There is a reading area where you can get coffee for €1 and enjoy reading the magazines. There are two tree houses for the children where they can read books. It's just great!!

If you are told in a library with its own security about the homeless person lying in front of the return machines, urinating on the carpet and throwing garbage around him, "Unfortunately we can't do anything about that, he's not doing anything," then you're in Hanau. But when there are drinks on the tables, that's where the fun ends.

This library is the most impressive I have seen so far. So many things you can borrow beyond books. So many activities to do. Very attractive and modern design with lots of workstations and clean toilets. We recommend!

Very pleasant place to study or read. Beautifully bright, well separated areas. The socket options are great. Seats are often scarce, but that speaks more for the library than against it :D. Most of the security staff are also difficult to keep in order, which is usually the opposite.

Open, democratic architecture in the best sense. The fact that a lecture podium is integrated into the middle of the library and the acoustic spatial architecture is designed so that lectures held there do not disturb the library environment, results in a combination that commands my respect.

Very nice library with a large selection of literature and films to borrow. A book is also added to the range at the customer's request.

One of the employees is very rude and seems very annoyed. If you just want to apply for a library card, you should expect to receive a friendlier welcome and advice.

It's just too loud, you can't work in peace. It's a shame, because the building itself is very nice, modern and clean with lots of workspaces. Nevertheless, given the noise level, it doesn't fulfill the function of a good library where you like to go to read and learn...

As many have already written here, it is very loud here. And since I recently had a bad experience, I would like to rate it now. As I said, not only is it very loud because no one does anything about the loud troublemakers, no, the toilets are also disgustingly dirty and dirty that you get sick and who knows how many illnesses you get there. The worst thing is the staff there, people who think they are better than others but don't feel like they can do their job. You don't know your way around your own workplace to help customers or to bring peace to the library. Please and thank you are foreign words. If you try to take care of the very loud guests yourself, you will be thrown out. Sorry, but what's the point of that, I don't want to feel like I'm at the train station, but unfortunately the staff doesn't care. Conclusion: I was thrown out because I told the young people to be a little quieter and I was thrown out by an employee because I was disturbing customers????????? Your seriousness, absolute rubbish and bad, incomprehensible staff. (I asked politely to please be quieter, I didn't become abusive)
